The harbor view from the room was amazing. I could see the city lights sparkle at night. The Horizon Club access was a true luxury, with attentive staff providing really good service. I particularly enjoyed the quiet mornings in the lounge, sipping tea and watching the sunrise.
The bathroom fixtures was somewhat dated , needing a refresh to match the rest of the hotel's elegance.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. The windows offered an unobstructed view of the harbor , a true visual treat. The room also included a well-stocked minibar.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym , with a variety of machines and free weights. The pool area included comfortable loungers and provided towel service. Several restaurants and bars exist , each with its unique atmosphere.

Breakfast in the Horizon Club Lounge included a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. The pastries and fresh fruit were especially delicious. The staff was attentive and quick to offer refills.

The location was convenient. It was near the east TST and next door to the station.
The room felt dated. The air conditioning was NOT working properly, causing us to sweat and toss around in bed. I think that management needs to address these issues promptly.
